Swati Ponnala

Swati Ponnala

Meditation Coach and Spiritual Educator

Swati’s spiritual journey began with Anapanasati Meditation. After struggling with fear, anxiety about the future and overthinking the past, she committed to a 40-day meditation practice in December 2010. That practice became a turning point. She walks this path with deep gratitude to three Divine Masters.

  • With gratitude to Brahmarshi Pitamaha Patriji. Who taught her Anapanasati Meditation in December 2010, and on 23 March 2011 gave her the message that has guided her life since: “Do Meditation, Teach Meditation.”
  • With gratitude to Mahavatar Babaji. On 8 May 2017, through Master Chandramma, she connected with Mahavatar Babaji. Since then, she has received his messages and guidance in meditation directly, guiding her spiritual work in Rajasthan, Chandigarh and Bihar from 2017 to today.
  • With gratitude to Lord Hanuman. For the lesson of soul awareness, which she has been learning since 2019 through Immortal Talks and the experiences of her own life. This journey led her to collaborate with her husband, Bhargava Reddy, in recording, editing and publishing the teachings for a wider audience.
